1. In-Stock Orders

For orders containing in-stock items, the shipping process includes the following steps:

  • Order Processing: After placing your order, we will procure the items locally in South Korea, either offline or online.
  • Handling Time: The order processing and warehouse handling time is approximately 3-6 days.
  • Shipping Method: We will ship your order via international express small package.
  • International Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time for international shipping is 7-15 days. Please note that if your shipping address is in a remote area or an island defined by postal services, the delivery time may be longer. You can track your package for updates.

2. Pre-Order Products

Some products require pre-ordering. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Please refer to the product detail page for the expected shipping time.
  • Quality Check: After the official shipment from our supplier, we typically require 2-4 days for quality inspection and repackaging in our warehouse.
  • Shipping Method: Once the quality check is complete, we will ship your order using the same international shipping method as mentioned above.

3. Temporarily Out of Stock Products

For products that are temporarily out of stock:

  • Tracking: We actively monitor the restocking situation and will communicate with customers via email regarding updates.
  • Shipping: Once we receive the restock, we will ship your order immediately. The international shipping time will follow the same guidelines as outlined above.
