📹 IMPORTANT: Unboxing Video Policy

Please Read Carefully: To protect your rights, an Unboxing Video is MANDATORY for any claims regarding missing items, damage, or defects.

  • Requirement: The video must be uncut and unedited.
  • Start: Begin filming before you open the package. Show the sealed shipping label clearly.
  • End: Film until all items are taken out and checked.
  • Deadline: Send the video to yourkoreacosmos@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

🚫 Note: Without a full unboxing video, we cannot process refunds, replacements, or additional shipments. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Small spots or scratches on photocards or sealed albums are production issues from the organizers and are not eligible for compensation.


📦 Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You can request a cancellation for regular items (non-pre-order deadline items) by emailing us.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed manually and take 1-5 business days to appear in your PayPal/Bank account.
  • After Shipping: Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are NOT possible.

🚚 Shipping & Partial Shipments

Since KoreaCosmos is a low-inventory store, we typically need 1-12 business days to prepare your order.

  • Standard Process: If items are not ready after 8 business days, we usually wait until everything arrives to ship together.
  • Requesting Split Shipping: If you want available items sent first, please email us! We can ship what is ready.
    • Note: Additional shipping fees may apply if the split order value is low.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

1. Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

  • Window: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Cost: Customer pays for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, jewelry, and eyewear cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Action: Contact yourkoreacosmos@gmail.com immediately with your Order Number, Unboxing Video, and Photos.
  • Solution: If approved, we will send the correct item or process a refund.
  • Important: We do not refund for details clearly stated in the product description (e.g., random versions).

💔 Out of Stock (OOS) Policy

Sometimes, items sell out in Korea unexpectedly. We apologize if this happens!

  • Automatic Refund: We will refund the OOS item and notify you via email.
  • The "50% Rule": If more than 50% of your order is sold out, you have the option to cancel the entire order. Please reply to our notification email within 48 hours if you wish to do this.

⚠️ Failure to Deliver

Please double-check your address! KoreaCosmos is not responsible for packages returned or disposed of due to:

  • Wrong address / Incorrect name
  • Recipient absence
  • Customs issues
  • In these cases, refunds are not available.
